Our Approach

Fight for Texas students who deserve fair access to college. When the federal government sued to end the Texas Dream Act, our state's leaders gave up without a fight. Now, thousands of students who grew up in Texas have to pay three times more for college just because they weren't born here. We believe these students earned their place in Texas and deserve their day in court. We're raising funds to hire experienced lawyers who will challenge this decision and restore fair tuition for all Texas students. Every student who works hard and calls Texas home should have the same shot at a college education.
